Master Shen Jin will continue for 4 days (19/22-10) the teaching of Taiji 37 postures, linked in the form she created. These different postures, explained from martial applications, open the body, and allow us to feel more and more subtly the link between the movement and the energy center (dantian). Practice allows you to find or regain your center, while experiencing expansion.
