Master Wang Jia Bin begins teaching BuQi Tuina on February 14-15-16, 2025, in Le Puy-en-Velay. The first class of this session will allow everyone to better understand the principles of BuQi system associated with the Chinese energy tradition and to make the link with the tradition of Tuina massage.
Each of us can activate our energy center, called dantian. There are three in the Chinese tradition and we are talking here about the lower dantian. An active dantian allows to generate a force that allows to clear one's own body of toxins and can be used to cleanse the body of blockages thanks to the vibratory force. Tuina associated with the principles of BuQi is a vibratory massage that sets the BinQi (bad Qi) in motion, to make them come out.
The first course will allow you to better understand the different concepts of BuQi system (notion of energy center, vibratory force, double vicious circle ...) and Tuina massage associated with these principles. The notions of Mai and channels will be explained as well as the notions of energy circulation in the body. The main exit points of the dantian force will be specified. Exercises to start the dantian will be proposed, as well as exercises to cleanse the body of Binqi. The basic movements of Tuina will be explained and practiced.
