The revision course offers you to review the postures taught by Master Shen Jin in April 2025 and to chain them. This allows you to review the details of the postures and to repeat them, to better integrate them and feel the benefit of their practice.
The entire Taiji 37 form will be reviewed, as well as the Taiji 13 form that Master Shen Jin will have also practiced in April 2025. The work on postures remains, as for the practices of the BuQi System, linked to the movement that comes from the dantian.
We review the postures and their sequence in form, to implement the foundation of the practice of Taiji 37: expansion.
