The revision course offers you to review the postures taught by Master Shen Jin in October 2024 and to chain them together. This allows you to review the details of the postures and repeat them, to better integrate them and feel the benefit of their practice.
Master Shen Jin explains the initial movement by the martial use that could be made of it. The work of the postures remains, as for the practices of the BuQi System, linked to the movement that comes from the dantian.
We review the postures and their sequence in form, to implement the foundation of the practice of Taiji 37: expansion.
