BaDuanJin and Yi Jin Jing, two courses by Master Shen Jin. Catherine Bonhomme and Patrick Hervoir will lead this review course on the teachings of Master Shen Jin. Ba Duan Jin et Yi Jin JingThe aim is to address requests for clarification on the practice and to refine each participant's understanding. The goal is improved practice. We will review the Eight Pieces of Brocade one day, and the Yi Jin Jing the second day.
The workshop takes place at the Lycée Charles de Foucauld in Lyon. It is intended for people who have completed the Ba Duan Jin and Yi Jin Jing workshops with Master Shen Jin in October 2025 and April 2026.
