Master Wang Jia Bin led a three-day course, from February 14th to 16th, covering the fundamentals of theoretical and practical training in BuQi Tuina, an ancient Chinese massage technique. As Master Wang Jia Bin emphasized, there are various traditions of this massage in China, with BuQi Tuina adhering to the tradition of energy vibration used in BuQi. BuQi Tuina was developed by Dr. Shen Hongxun , with Master Wang Jia Bin collaborating with him for many years.

The trainees present understood both the need to cleanse their own bodies of BinQi and to activate the dantian , in order to make BuQi Tuina work effective. Master Wang Jia Bin emphasized the precision of the movements in practice.
The gestures associated with Tui and Na were learned, and repeated! Different techniques were approached and practiced in pairs. The goal is to feel the action of the practice, to refine it by exchanging with your partner and with the trainer.

The workshop was intense for everyone, and Master Wang Jia Bin's precise and progressive teaching was greatly appreciated. Participants were encouraged to practice the various exercises to ensure more solid learning. Next up, from May 16th to 18th, is BuQi Tuina Workshop 2 , led by Master Wang Jia Bin, to continue the training!
The BuQi Tuina 2025 training is full, but you can still contact us and find out about the courses offered by the Federation on the website.
