Personal message
Fourteen years ago, in October 2011, I was introduced to the BuQi System and its various practices through BuQi Tuina and Taijiwuxigong. Since then, in every country where I've lived, I've dedicated myself to sharing these teachings and my experiences in lifelong learning, with the goal of "aging healthily." My personal practice, combined with regularly updated teachings, allows me to experience new sensations as energy is revealed...finally...in movement. In this exploration, I've learned that maintaining a beginner's mind is essential for progressing in practice and self-knowledge. Gratitude to the BuQi family.
