BuQi Tuina is specific to the BuQi System. The use of vibrational energy and the elimination of BinQi are the foundations of the practice.

On the principles of BuQi BuQi system and Chinese Tuina massages.

BuQi Tuina is the name of the practice that uses vibrational force to act on energy points or circuits linked to the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine. This practice takes up the principle of Tuina massages: the term, Tui, push, and Na, take, explains the action of this massage. BuQi Tuina is based on the principles BuQi®. The use of vibratory forceIt helps to release energy blockages and eliminate BinQi (toxic residues from the body). As a result, energy circulates freely in the energy channels.

The vibratory force is activated up to the fingers. The muscles relax. The Bin Qi is set in motion. Here, circular movements around the Da Zhui area help to clear this area linked to meridian crossings.

The origin

Le Dr.SHEN HongXun, developed BuQi® Tuina from the BuQi® system. Master Wang Jia Bin was born in Shanghai in 1955. He graduated in traditional Chinese medicine from the Shanghai TCM school. He specializes in Tuina massage and, with Doctor Shen HongXun, developed BuQi® Tuina, which incorporates the Tuina principles and BuQi® with special hand techniques to guide the energy force.

The principles

These massages are performed on a clothed person. Negative Qi (BinQi) is directed towards the extremities, hands and feet.
Binqi is localized. The vibratory force sets it in motion, to eliminate it, through the intramuscular spaces. Appropriate hand techniques, finger and hand positions are used. The massage follows paths or releases areas or points.

Exercises help you understand the connection between your toes and hands, your meridians, and the energy of your organs. This touch technique produces rapid results and can be used to improve your overall health.

Effectiveness of BuQi® Tuina

The work is done on both the physical and energetic levels. By clearing blocked areas and restoring energy flow, the pain fades and disappears.

A key strength of the practice is the awareness of the double vicious cycle of posture and emotions. The body and mind are lighter.

It is not necessary to have completed the BuQi® training to learn this massage practice. It is a gateway for those who are beginners and who prioritize the connection with the body. It brings new insight to people already aware of other energy techniques. And of course, it complements the training very well in BuQi®.
